About Me

I am a down-to-earth, multicultural psychotherapist who is deeply committed to the well-being of those I serve. I am passionate about supporting individuals in living into their full potential by discovering, strengthening, and using their own voice and inner resources to move toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. I hold the belief that every person has the capacity to create lasting and meaningful transformation in their life.

My passion for this work is also informed by my own personal therapeutic journey, which led me to a deeper connection with my own voice and sense of self. I value the opportunity to walk alongside you in your healing process and consider it a privilege to be part of that journey.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Crisis Counseling and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I also hold a postgraduate certificate in Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from The Contemporary Psychodynamic Institute in Seattle, Washington.

I am currently enrolled at the Institute of Archetypal and Cross-Cultural Studies, where I have completed Volume I of the Ancient Archetypes training with Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Ph.D. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC04812) in the state of Alabama.
